Just wanted to send you a little note thanking you for all of your hard work on my home purchase.  You were always on the ball with market knowledge, easy to get a hold of, and had a delightful disposition about yourself.  It probably wasn’t easy working with someone w/o a cell phone (bet you won’t have that happen again this year at least), but you made it work.

Oh, and a big thanks for the Home Depot gift card 🙂  I haven’t decided on whether to use it for a new lawn mower or interior paint.
