Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Parvaneh has spent her whole life loving this beautiful state, and knows the ins and outs of the Portland-area neighborhoods, schools and community activities. Like most native Oregonians, she has a deep appreciation for all the great things this state has to offer, including the beautiful scenery, wonderful cities, convenience, and the relaxed people!
Starting in the Real Estate industry early, at age 19, she has had to prove that age has nothing to do with success, and believes that with hard work and determination, anything is possible. She is motivated and sets high, yet attainable, goals for herself personally and professionally. With that hard work she was able to purchase her first home when she was only 21.

She has continued investing in her love for Real Estate over the years, and encourages anyone to do the same. It’s a fabulous way to start building for your future!
Her career focus and passion has been working with first time homebuyers and in New Construction. Before starting Vitality, she spent the prior few years working for a local builder & developer as the on-site Sales Agent. She sold over 110 condos in Portland in less than one year, and was one of the few Brokers who became Energy Star and Green Home Certified!
Additionally, she has experience in the mortgage industry, which helps her advise her clients through the entire process of buying a home. In October of 2007, she realized that she was ready for a greater challenge; she wanted to combine her love for Real Estate, the Community, and the value of Philanthropy into something that she could be proud of. She wanted to start a company that would allow her to find satisfaction in the smallest things and concentrate on what’s really important in life. It didn’t take long before Vitality Home Realty started to come together as a new and gratifying approach to home buying/selling.
Her friends and family call her a “social butterfly” and say that is one of the main reasons her personality fits so well with the real estate industry. She loves creating positive, one-on-one relationships with her clients, many of whom she is proud to call great friends. Clients use words such as “personable,” “honest,” “reliable,” and “ambitious” when describing her. These innate characteristics among others have helped Parvaneh become a member of the Million Dollar Club, achieving the highest status possible as a Diamond-Platinum member.
When asking her what the best part of her job is, she replies:
"The most joy comes with seeing the excitement on my clients' faces when together we find that perfect ‘one’ they can call home. I get to know my clients on a professional and personal level, which makes it an enjoyable and fun process for everyone. I look forward to helping you find your ideal dwelling place. Whether it be your first, second or last, I will put all my energy into making it a smooth, enjoyable and memorable experience from the moment you walk into my door to when you walk into your Very Own for the first time!"
Parvaneh currently resides in the Happy Valley/ Portland area with her husband, Derek and two dogs, Bauer and Spikoli. In her spare time, Parvaneh enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, photography, sports, playing anything competitive and happy hours! She is proud to say that she loves her profession, and knows that this is what she was meant to be doing all along…making a positive impact on the lives of others.
