Bio

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Parvaneh has spent her whole life loving this beautiful state and knows the ins and outs of the Portland-area neighborhoods, schools, and community activities exceptionally well. Like most native Oregonians, she has a deep appreciation for all the great things this state has to offer, some of her favorites being; enjoying all four seasons of the year, convenience to weekend get-aways, killer food carts, local wineries and brew pubs, supporting local small businesses, Community, and mostly the incredible people who make Portland the kick-ass place that it is!

Starting in the Real Estate industry early at age 18, she believes that with hard work and determination anything is possible. She is motivated and sets high – yet attainable – goals for herself; personally and professionally. With hard work, dedication and knowledge she was able to purchase her first home at the age of 21.

She has continued investing in her love for Real Estate over the years, acquiring and managing her own rental properties, and encourages others to do the same. It’s a fabulous way to start building for your future.

Her career focus and passion has been working with first time home buyers. Before starting Vitality she spent a few years working for a local builder & developer as the on-site Sales Agent, where she sold over 110 condos in Portland in less than one year and was one of the first Brokers who became Energy Star and Green Home Certified.  Additionally, she has experience in the mortgage industry, which allows her to help advise her clients through the entire process of buying a home, start to finish.

In October of 2007, she realized that it was time for a greater challenge as she wanted to combine her love for Real Estate, Community, and Philanthropy into something that she could be proud of. Par had a strong desire to open a small business she could call her own, days later Vitality Home Realty was born. In between raising four little humans, Par has nurtured and grown her company vision over the last 15 years, with the mission of Community and Philanthropy as her foundation.

Her friends and family call her a “social butterfly” (ironically her name also means butterfly) and say that is one of the main reasons her personality fits so well with the career path she chose. Par thrives on creating positive one-on-one relationships with her clients – always aiming to to call her clients friends after the transaction has closed – and is very proud to say that nearly 100% of her business comes by referral from past clients, who use words; “personable,” “responsive,” “honest,”“real,” “community focused” and “ambitious,” when describing her. These innate characteristics among others have helped Parvaneh become a member of the Million Dollar Club – achieving the highest status possible as a Diamond-Platinum member – year after year.

When asking her what the best part of her job is, she replies:

“The most joy comes with seeing the excitement on my clients’ faces when together we find that perfect ‘one’ they can call home. I get to know my clients on a professional and personal level which makes it a fun process for everyone. I look forward to helping you find your ideal dwelling place. Whether it be your first, second, or last, I will put all my energy into making it a smooth, enjoyable and memorable experience from the moment you walk into my door to when you walk into your Very Own for the first time.”

Parvaneh has finished numerous years in the TOP 3% of Realtors in the Nation and TOP 1% of Realtors in Portland, Oregon. Parvaneh has continuously been awarded-by her past clients-as a Five Star Professional Realtor for the city of Portland.

Parvaneh currently resides in the Eastmoreland neighborhood (SE Portland) with her husband Derek, 11 year old son TK, 5 year old twin girls Savvy and Norah, and they  welcomed surprise baby #4, Ace, in April of 2018. With all these little ones running around don’t be surprised if you meet one (or all) of them during the home buying/selling process. By two weeks of age Ace had already attended two home inspections! One of the greatest feelings is knowing her clients understand what it is like to be a working Mother and the flexibility, compassion, grace, and encouragement her clients have given her over the years. Balance and communication is instrumental for all of our successes. She values her community and spends her free time pursuing passion projects to help support and lift them up. Par organizes and plans so many community events, bringing people from all walks of life together. When she isn’t working you will find her spending as much time possible with family, traveling, wine tasting, attending sporting events (Go Beavs/Timbers), planning social gatherings, volunteering at her Children’s Schools, Lifting up the community, riding bikes with her family in their beautiful SE Portland neighborhood, and posting too many instagram stories of her children. 😉  She truly enjoys her profession and knows wholeheartedly that this is what she is meant to be doing…Passionately and Positively impacting others around her and creating new relationships while helping all of you become home owners.
